So we are looking to hire someone full-time to join us and help with a variety of our exciting projects as well as provide outstanding support for our customers.

Job Description:

We are currently looking for a talented WordPress enthusiast to join our small team and help answer and troubleshoot questions from our customers.

Potential Candidates Will Have:

• Advanced knowledge and experience with WordPress
• Basic knowledge of WishList Member and/or a willingness to learn it as soon as possible
• Good communication skills

In general, we’re looking for a team-player who enjoys working with WordPress and WishList Member and is willing to go the extra mile to support our customers.

The successful candidate can be based anywhere in the world, but we’d prefer to hire someone who is able to work during business hours in our timezone (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST or GMT -5:00).

Job Perks: Work in a relaxed environment, on exciting projects without any “client” demands.  You’ll also have plenty of time to experiment & explore, as we’re always open to explore new ideas.

Remuneration: Salary is negotiable and will be discussed with potential candidates.

The majority of the move was done late last night. Our new support site is located at:

All emails to the old system are now being rerouted to our new system. Our customer center is now located at:

 http://customers.wishlistproducts.com

All customers were moved over and will still have the same login information as before. If you experience problems logging in to access your bonuses please contact our support center.

We are still working on moving our main sales page. It will be moved over within the next day or so. All affiliate links will still work. We will be making an update on our system that will send all affiliate traffic to the correct location without everyone needing to update their links.

We recommend updating your links but any older links that have been created will still be working when the move takes place.

This feature is located in the “Membership Levels” section and it’s as simple as selecting from the drop down any page from within your WordPress site.

The best part is, you can have a different redirection page for each membership level.  It’s perfect if you’d like to send people to a “dashboard-like” page or you could also use it to send people to a page that contains welcome messages, updates, news and so much more.

It didn’t take long before this became a reality and one of the most common feature requests was to enable a member to belong to multiple membership levels.

Here’s what happened…

This would therefore give a site owner the ability to create a secure download area for multiple products.

After a few weeks of over hauling WL Member, this functionality has now been added.  So now, your members (if you choose), can belong to more than one membership level – all of which is controlled within the “members” screen.
